1. Booking & Reservations

All event and catering bookings are confirmed upon mutual agreement on menu selection, guest counts, date, and receipt of the agreed booking deposit.

2. Menu Customization & Guest Count

Final guest counts and menu customizations should be finalized at least 7 days prior to the event date to ensure premium sourcing and preparation.

3. Service Execution & Quality Guarantee
